This title is kind of fun. Of course lawns are green. There are a million people already in the lawn care business, so why is this article here on the website?
I’m using the term ‘green’ in a different sense. I’m not talking about the color. This use of green means ‘organic’ or ‘earth-friendly.’
It turns out that a lot of people care about green services these days. So your new business is super-simple.
Promote yourself as a lawn-care specialist who uses only green, safe, organic products. If you don’t have a good idea already, you can learn on YouTube and elsewhere how to substitute chemical fertilizers, pesticides, dyes and other chemicals for all-natural products.
People will care. They are more likely to hire you rather than any regular lawn-care professional and may pay more as well. You see, they worry about their kids playing on chemical-coated lawns. They worry not only about what their dogs and cats might track in, but also what can happen to their pets with chemical exposure.
So, by doing this business, everyone, even the dogs and cats, win.
It’s not unfathomable to think that whereas you start out as a single person, in time your green lawn business can grow to the point where you have 800 employees throughout the country or maybe even throughout the world.

To promote your business, you’ll probably want a website and some reasonably priced marketing. You’ll want to be careful because there are a lot of bad players in the business: People Being Cheated in Website Development, SEO and Promotion.
